Mangonada Mocktail in Glass

CHECKLIST

  • 4 ounces Tropics Mixology Mango
  • 1/2 ounce Tropics Sweetened Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ounce mango nectar
  • 14 ounces ice
  • 1/2 ounce chamoy
  • Drizzle of chamoy
  • 6 – 8 chunks fresh mango
  • Straw rolled in Tropics Sweetened Lime Juice and then rolled in tamarind
  • Sprinkle Tajin

DIRECTIONS

Pour Tropics Mango Puree Mixer, Tropics Sweetened Lime Juice, and mango nectar into a blender.
Fill one 14 oz. glass with ice and add to the blender also.
Blend until smooth.
Dip rim of 14 oz. glass in Tropics Sweetened Lime Juice and then dip into Tajin salt base.
Pour 1/4 ounce of chamoy into the bottom of the glass and then drizzle the sides also with chamoy to give a cascading look.
Pour the Tropics blended ingredients into the glass on top of the layer of chamoy.
Top with mango chunks.
Add a straw covered in tamarind.
Sprinkle with Tajin and serve!
