Smoky Peach Manhattan

CHECKLIST

  • 6 ounces ice
  • 2 ounces Tropics Mixology Peach, thawed
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 3/4 ounces ancho reyes liqueur
  • Garnish: Peach slice and whole, pitted cherry on a skewer
  • Glass: Coupe

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
Secure lid before shaking vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain and pour drink into coupe.
Garnish with skewered peach piece and whole, pitted cherry.
